39 Rue de Jean Celebrates 25th Anniversary with an Exclusive Wine Dinner

One-night-only, five-course chef- and sommelier-attended experience on March 23rd

39 Rue de Jean will continue its 25th anniversary celebration with an intimate, elevated wine dinner on Monday, March 23rd, hosted in the restaurant’s wine bar.

Designed as a singular experience, the evening will feature a five-course prix fixe menu, thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement each course. Both the chef and sommelier will be in attendance, guiding guests through the menu and pairings with insight, storytelling, and a shared appreciation for the craft behind every plate and pour.

The dinner will be offered as one seating only at 6:30 p.m., creating a convivial, celebratory atmosphere for longtime fans and first-time guests alike.

Starter:

Roasted Golden & Red Beet salad, Chèvre, Pistachio   Sauvignon Blanc, Sancerre, Domain Sylvain Bailly, Loire Valley (FR)

Fish course:

Seared Scallops, Cauliflower Purée, brown butter  Chardonnay, Cave de Lugny, Macon Valley (FR)

Main Course:
