JASON GROCE’S BIG WHATEVER What happens when a single guy spends most of his days at home with an attentive, but unresponsive rescue pit bull as his only audience member? You get the bizarre world of Jason Groce’s Big Whatever. A one-man sketch show that is both absurd and relatable, this show parodies a bunch of genres (R&B? poetry? Civil War letters? Facebook?) and shows you one person’s perspective on his world (thank God he’s the only one with this perspective.)

TALES FROM THE CAMPFIRE: THE IMPROVISED GHOST STORY (Norfolk, VA) What are you afraid of? At Tales from the Campfire, The Pushers take your deepest fears and turn them into a series of gut-busting ghost stories right before your eyes. Get ready for a frightful night of comedy (or is it a hilarious night of frights). I ain't afraid of no ghosts!!! The Pushers are Virginia’s premiere comedy group. For more than 13 years they’ve had audiences howling with laughter. The group is known for their racy, high-octane show that’s utterly unpredictable. If you’ve never seen a Pushers’ show… you’re in for a wild ride.

TRAINING FOR PROM (Baltimore) Training for Prom performs longform improv that’s at once familiar and bizarre. This puckish troupe combines whimsy with emotional connection to bring you along for a ride that flips reality through the looking glass. They have performed in the Charm City Fringe Festival, Providence Improv Fest, Big Pond Improv Fest, Pittsburgh Comedy Festival, and the New York City Improv Festival, as well as the Baltimore Improv Festival.
