   The Scottish Society of Charleston presents its annual Burns Supper, a celebration of the life and works of Scotland's Poet Laureate, Robert Burns.  Join us for a wonderful meal, entertaining toasts, and haggis!   Pipers, Regimental Pipes & Drums, the Citadel.  This is truly a memorable evening and one of the greatest traditions in all of Scottish culture.

                 (Highland Evening Dress, Black Tie, Mess Dress, Miniatures optional)

5:30pm   Cocktail Hour with complimentary hors d'oeuvres

6:15pm    Pipes to Supper

6:30pm   Three-Course Plated Dinner with pre-determined entrée choice of:

                Grilled Strip Loin of Beef Tenderloin with White Truffle Whipped Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus & Bordelaise Sauce

                or

                Roasted Garlic Crusted Salmon with Basil Smashed Red Potatoes, Broccolini, and Roasted Tomato & Fig Vinaigrette

                Complimentary Champagne Toast
