Charleston saxophonist Bill Wilson is rightly considered a legendary figure in the Lowcountry’s music scene, which is why his personal and professional history has gradually seeped into local lore. A haunting patchwork of blues, jazz, soul, gospel, rock ‘n’ roll, honky tonk and funk. Wilson’s emerging brand identity was modeled, in part, upon a number of other popular artists that he admired in his youth, including: Nat King Cole, Billy Eckstine, Louis Jordan, John Coltrane, Sonny Stitt, Gene Ammons, Sam Cooke and Mahalia Jackson.        — Charleston City Paper, 1/13/23

Oysters on the Point:  

A sister of Party at the Point, this winter series features locally steamed oysters, live music, holiday market, bloody mary bar, and plenty of beer choices.  It is hosted on select Saturday afternoons from 2pm - 6pm. 

$15 General Admission at the door, $15 online at CityPaperTickets.com  ⎮  Children 12 and under are free.

Please no pets or coolers allowed.

This family-friendly event is hosted on our beachfront and features live music and plenty of food and drinks.

Free parking is available along the road leading into the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina. Uber & Lyft drop off area will be available to all guests to use, located 50 yards from the entrance.
