On Saturday, June 7th, join classical guitarist, composer, arranger and actor, Alejandro Rowinsky at Drayton Hall as he performs a wide repertoire of guitar works, a blend of traditional and modern classical music as well as pieces from contemporary and twentieth century Latin American guitar composer. This outdoor concert is part of Charleston's 2025 Piccolo Spoleto line up.

  • Gates open at 5:30pm and the concert begins at 6pm.
  • Beer & wine available for sale.  Credit card only. 
  • Picnics, picnic blankets & lawn chairs are encouraged.  Outside drinks are not permitted. 
  • Drayton Hall's orientation Hall and museum galleries will be open for guests to enjoy from 5:30-6pm.  The Shop at Drayton Hall will be open throughout the event.  The house will not be open to guests.

Alejandro Rowinsky  Classical guitarist, composer, arranger and actor. He auditioned and was selected by the Disney Company to be part of the show "Elena's Royal Welcome" at Cinderella Castle, Magic Kingdom, Walt Disney World, and from there he toured throughout the USA, playing at prestigious venues, Festivals, Theaters, Films, TV series and commercials.

He has participated in Theatre musicals such as: "Man of La Mancha", "Always...Patsy Cline", "Native Gardens", HBO TV Series "The Righteous Gemstones" and Film "The Eyes of Tammy Faye" to name a few. 

In 2022, he was selected by Film Director Liujiyi Zuo from Harvard University to play music in the film "Silencio". This film was recently presented at the Visions Du Reel Film Festival in Switzerland and IFF Boston where it was awarded the special Jury prize for Best Narrative Feature Film. 

He currently resides in the Washington, DC, area, and he is dedicated to performing at Disney shows and musicals.
