Step up and prove it. Rusty Bull Brewing Co. is hosting a neighborhood BBQ cook-off, and we’re inviting local pitmasters, backyard legends, and serious smokers to compete. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a low-and-slow purist, this is your shot to cook for the community and earn some prizes: Winners get cash AND a brand new Pit Boss Smoker!!!

Here’s How It Works

• You bring your own smoker and anything you need to cook

• Rusty Bull provides the pulled pork

• You prep your pork and throw together a side

• No entry fee to participate— just be sure to sign up here!

• Meat must be smoked onsite (you can prep offsite)

• No peanuts or peanut-based ingredients allowed

• The community will come eat, vote, and decide on a winner for Best Pulled Pork and Best Side

• Plus, you're cooking for a good cause with The Luekemia and Lymohima Society benefiting from ticket sales!

We’re looking for flavor, creativity, and a great time. Whether you’re going classic, regional, spicy, sweet, or totally out-of-the-box—bring your best.

Key Dates

• Sign-up deadline: May 9

• Pork pickup: Thursday, June 13 at 11:00 AM at Rusty Bull Brewing Co. – North Charleston

• Cook-Off: Friday, June 14 | 5–8 PM
