Singer/songwriter Marty Appel has been creating music his entire life, but, in consideration of his 42 year career as a doctor, the music has been a dream deferred....until now. Upon hooking up with RCA Victor producer Joe Taylor, Marty has begun recording his songs at Salt Creek Recording, and is releasing his extensive catalog of material for the purposes of placement with new artists. His tunes have been likened to a “mix between Rodriguez (Sugar Man) and JJ Cale, with a little Cat Stevens thrown in for good measure”...reminiscent of the best of the 60’s singer/songwriter groove.
