Join us at Five Loaves Cafe Summerville on Thursday March 21st at 6:30pm for our first Wine Dinner of 2024. This dinner will be a five course meal with wine pairings at each course.

Dinner will be led by Glowfisch Hospitality's Director of Culinary, Stephen Harman, and Routestock Winemaker, Vance Rose.

$85/per person includes a five course meal with wine pairings.

For the Table:  Country Ham Profiteroles/ Pimento Cheese Mousse

 

1st Course: Seared Scallop/ Carrot Top Gremolata/ Crawfish Consomme/ Cremini Mushrooms/ Ginger/ Radish

Paired with Routestock Chardonnay

 

2nd Course: Beets/ Greens/ Smoked Oyster "Croutons"/ Lemon-Clove Oil/ Black Garlic

Paired with Routestock Sauvignon Blanc

 

3rd Course:  Venison Sausage/ Toasted Fregola/ Wild Mushroom Ragu/ Basil Whipped Ricotta

Paired with Routestock Pinot Noir

 

4th Course:  Lamb Lollipops/ Green Garlic/ Spring Rainbow Carrots

Paired with Routestock Cabernet Sauvignon

 

5th Course:  Baked Alaska/ Salted Caramel Cake/ Hot Honey Ice Cream/ Toasted Coconut Meringue
