Buxton Books is thrilled to be hosting the great Alice McDermott the week of her new book launch!

Monday evening, October 30, be among the first to hear Alice McDermott read from and discuss one of the most highly anticipated novels for Fall 2023: Absolution.

Following an introduction by Josephine Humphrey’s, Alice McDermott will read from Absolution and be in conversation with our very own Polly Buxton.

All of this in the beautiful Unitarian Church: Doors open at 5:30 pm with the program beginning at 6:00 pm on Monday, October 30.

A book signing and reception will follow in Gage Hall.
