On Saturday, December 3, at 11 a.m., the Exchange at Edmund's Oast will host a Somm School 2.0 class focused on Champagne, France, led by Certified Sommelier Colin Lee. This is the next level of the Exchange’s Somm School series! The class will lead participants through this iconic region and its famed grapes and subregions. You will learn history, soil types, and of course tackle the subregions of Champagne.
