French Wine Dinner with T Edward Imports

The Restaurant at Edmund’s Oast is thrilled to host a French wine dinner with Karen Ulrich of T Edward Wines, one of the leading French wine importers in the country, with a special emphasis on organic and biodynamic wines. On Thursday, October 6, starting at 7 p.m. we will explore three of our favorite French wine regions: Champagne, Chablis, and Beaujolais. Karen will lead us through an amazing lineup of six wines, including two grower Champagnes featured side by side. Karen is a wealth of information, having achieved the supreme distinction of a Diploma certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust. She has also visited each of the featured wineries multiple times. 

Chef Bob Cook along with Pastry Chef Heather Hutton will prepare a four course “family style” dinner to compliment the featured wines. The dinner will start at 7 p.m. and will be held in “The Library”, our private dining room. Tickets are $140, all inclusive; seating is extremely limited.

Limited quantities of each featured wine will be available for purchase at the dinner.
