Spanish Wine Dinner with De Maison Imports

The Restaurant at Edmund’s Oast is thrilled to host a Spanish wine dinner with Phillippe Broom of De Maison Selections, one of the leading Spanish wine importers in the country! On Thursday, July 14th, starting at 7 p.m. we will explore the wine regions of Spain as we taste through some of De Maison’s most sought after winemakers. Philippe will lead us through an amazing lineup of seven wines, including some very special back vintages from some of the best wineries in Spain! 

De Maison Selections is the exclusive US importer of exceptional wines, ciders, sherries and spirits from independent producers in Spain and France. De Maison Selections was founded by André Tamers in 1996 upon his return from a three-year journey throughout Spain. The company was named in honor of his mother, whose family roots go back to Haute-Savoie in France. Her father had three daughters and the name De Maison was destined to disappear, which inspired the name of the company and resulted in the continuity of the De Maison family name. 

Chef Bob Cook along with Pastry Chef Heather Hutton will prepare a four course “family style” dinner to compliment the featured wines. The dinner will start at 7 p.m. and will be held in “The Library”, our private dining room. Tickets are $140, all inclusive. Seating is extremely limited, and proof of COVID vaccination is necessary to attend the dinner.

Limited quantities of each featured wine will be available for purchase at the dinner.
