We have a new wine class on the books for Sunday, December 5, 2:00pm to 3:30pm! Certified Sommelier Colin Lee will lead participants through the history of the famed Champagne region and the intricate process behind the magic in the bottle! You will learn history, soil types, and of course tackle the subregions of Champagne.
We are keeping the class size small and per our new COVID policy we are asking for proof of vaccination from all our class attendees.
