Join DJ’s Oukuo and Sista Misses on Friday, January 29th at Tobin‘s market for three hours of straight grooves. Each DJ Will curate their favorite flavors of house, funk, disco, Afrobeat and more.
US based producer and DJ Thomas Kenney combines his love of house, afrobeat, downtempo, glitch and more - and dishes out a psychedelic groove that sounds other worldly at times. You can catch him doing DJ sets or rocking the live stage with his band, comprised of Charleston SC’s finest Soul, RnB and Hip Hop musicians. Welcome to Oukuo.
Samira Miche’ is a DJ known as SISTA MISSES and is also a visual artist. As a true creative, Samira captivates audiences with her effortless fusion of disco, pop, house, afrobeat, hip-hop and R&B. In 2017, Charleston City Paper highlighted SISTA MISSES as one of the Holy City’s fiercest DJs. She’s played the Royal American, The Purple Buffalo, Charleston Music Hall and more.
