Michael Cruse Wine Dinner

On Friday, Decemeber 6, at 7 p.m., Edmund’s Oast restaurant will host a wine dinner inspired by Cruse Wine Co. and featuring its founder/winemaker Michael Cruse and his local distributor McCarus Beverage Company. The dinner will feature a thorough lineup of Cruse's wines: Petillant Naturel, Chardonnay, Monkey Jacket (red blend), Carignan, and Tannat.
Michael Cruse says, “There is beauty and grace found in simplicity.” And we certainly see this edict play out in his viticulture and winemaking. He makes wines with minimal intervention that speak of their terroir.
Chef Bob Cook and Pastry Chef Heather Hutton will prepare a four course “family style” dinner to compliment the wines. The dinner will be held in “The Library”, the new private dining room at Edmund’s Oast. Tickets are $130, all inclusive. Seating is extremely limited.
