The Bend to Kick Off Drive-In Movie Series Beginning Friday, May 15th

Go old school with a pop-up drive-in theater at the Bend, situated on the beautiful Ashley River. A drive-in movie is a great way to social distance while seeing close friends (and of course theater-style food & drinks).
Enjoy Blu-ray quality projection on a 30 ft screen and tune into our FM radio channel for sound. The FM channel will be announced when you arrive.
$25 Ticket. ONLY ONE TICKET NEEDED PER VEHICLE!
Timeline:
7:00 PM Gates open. Park your vehicle, order from food trucks, grab beer or wine, and enjoy family-friendly social distance games while you wait for the movie to start.
The movie starts at dusk between 8:30 PM and 8:50 PM.
11:00 PM Movie ends & guests leave.
Dinner on site: order from local food trucks & eat at the social distanced pavilion before the show OR bring your own dinner!
Drinks: no outside alcohol will be permitted, buy beer or wine on-site.
Prizes for games include popcorn, the Bend swag, and a chance to watch the movie in the back of a cozy Crew Chevrolet truck in the front row.

All of our staff is gloved and masked.
Tickets are purchased online and scanned through the car window for zero contact during entry.
Guests pull into pre-marked spaces that maintain social distancing guidelines. If you choose to sit outside, you must place your chairs directly in front of your car and not exceed the width of your car. You can sit in the back of your truck or SUV as long as the hatch does not exceed the height of the roof of your SUV.
Sound is broadcast via FM signal to the cars and on small speakers near the back rows.
Guests who do not order with the food truck can bring their own supplies or can place orders via smartphone with the food trucks on-site. The guests are texted for pick up from a zero-contact table.
Restrooms have hand washing stations, an attendant, and social distancing signage and enforcement from our security staff.
Beverage service is offered from a roving wagon from staff wearing gloves and masks. Cash only. No ATM on site.
If we get rained out or the conditions are too windy for the screen, you can get refunded or transfer your ticket to another night. We will notify our ticket holders via email if we have to cancel the event.
If you accidentally buy a ticket for every person instead of one ticket per vehicle, you can get a refund. You can email support@boldtypetickets.com for your refund or transfer.
Parking is first-come, first-serve. If you would like to park next to friends, please drive in together. Sedans and small cars will be parked in the four front rows. Please keep your headlights turned off if you are unable to turn your headlights off and keep your car running for AC, bring something to cover your headlights with.
This is a smoking free, family-friendly event meant to be enjoyed while social distancing, so please be mindful and courteous of your neighbors.
