Leveling the Fields is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Charleston, SC, with a clear
mission: to empower young girls to step into leadership roles and succeed in all facets of life,
using sports as the catalyst. Their current focus is on their EmpowerPlay multi-sport afterschool
program for girls in grades 3 through 5. By bringing sports directly onsite to the schools, LTF
breaks through the barriers currently holding girls back. Sports build resilience, confidence, and
camaraderie among young women, setting them on a path to success
