What can you expect?
Enjoy a healthy, anti-inflammatory 3-course meal prepared by Basic Kitchen's chef, using local produce, lots of veggies and legumes, and tons of healthful oils and flavors. Expect to feast on delicious items like Cauliflower Wings, Miso Grilled Salmon, Rainbow Noodles, and Ginger Crumble. Cocktails and wine will be available for purchase. Cash tips appreciated.
Registered Dietitian Kathleen Oswalt will walk you through how to prepare similar dishes at home and offer on-site nutrition advice so you can accomplish your healthy goals in 2018. Each attendee will receive a recipe booklet and shopping list to empower you to make your own cleansing meals!
