Craftsmen Kitchen & Tap House will welcome Colorado-based Fort Collins Brewery for a very special 5-course beer dinner, featuring food pairings by Executive Chef Todd Garrigan.

- Welcome beer: FCB The Last Polka (brewed in collaboration with Black Bottle Brewery)
- First Course: Fried Shrimp, Sesame & Grain Salad, Peach Glaze
FCB Apricot Märzen - Second Course: Watermelon, Lemon & Herb Salad
FCB Funky Brewster - Third Course: Braised Pork Cheeks, Charred Pineapple Slaw, Corn Chips
FCB Scarlett On Brett - Fourth Course: House Smoked Pastrami, Potato Hash, Horseradish
FCB Red Queen - Fifth Course: Waffle “Churro”, Spiced Cream, Chocolate
FCB Mexican Chocolate Cake
Also, FCB will be giving away limited release bottles from their cellar to all participants, along with some cool swag!
