Beth Cosi will lead 45 minutes of gentle stretching-feet, low back, tight shoulders- on the floor of the tasting room, upstairs at Tradesman Brewing Co. Afterwards the brewers and staff of Tradesman will be pouring seasonal brews, specially crafted for Charleston Beer Week and offering tours of the brewery. Live music will accompany the Paella dinner (Spanish rice and local seafoods with saffron, bread). Dessert byKing of Pops-fruit or beer pops! Tickets limited to 25. Mats available. Cost is $25 for Yoga, a bowl of Paella, a Pop and tours and tasting (16oz).
