Basico's Bryan Cates hosts Ultimate Summer Cookout
with Jacques Larson, Graham Dailey, and Russ Moore

Chef Bryan Cates teams up with Russ Moore of Slightly North of Broad, Jacques Larson of Obstinate Daughter & Wild Olive, and Graham Dailey of Peninsula Grill for a poolside party featuring a menu of grilled fare perfect for a hot summer night.  

On Thursday, Aug. 13, Cates, Chef Russ Moore of Slightly North of Broad, Jacques Larson of the Obstinate Daughter and Wild Olive, and Graham Dailey of Peninsula Grill will set up a couple of grills outside and prepare appetizers, entrees, and desserts. “It will be super casual,” says Cates. “We’ll have stations set up and we’ll present the food in stages. Each course will have a local, seasonal grilled component.” 

 

Twisted Cypress Brewing, a new local microbrewery, will provide the brews for this dinner series. 

 

A portion of the ticket to the dinner series will benefit Metanoia’s youth leadership program, which identifies at-risk youth with leadership potential and teaches them the skills necessary to succeed. For more information visit pushingforward.org
